This Bill

• • defines terms; and
  • clarifies that, for purposes of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, the term “electronic” includes “blockchain”; and
  • permits governmental agencies to develop requirements with respect to:
    • electronic transactions;
    •  remote appearances; and
    •  certifying documents through blockchain.
