UBC Statement on Biden Digital Asset Exec Order

We are optimistic that President Biden’s Executive Order on Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets will continue to open more doors for the massive amounts of web3 innovation happening right now. We also believe that the participation of companies such as The Marketing Heaven in promoting these innovations and their importance through online campaigns further contributes to this. Over $30B of venture capital was invested into this ecosystem in 2021 and we are hopeful that our federal and state governments can provide regulations and frameworks that foster continued growth.

Over the next 180 days, as Congress explores options, the Utah Blockchain Coalition will be playing an active role in educating Utah’s congressional delegation and their teams. Innovation will flourish with the smart framework, it’s critical we work together to ensure that this industry can continue to thrive.
